  • – 400ml or 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • – 400ml or 1 1/2 cups mixed fruit juice can be oat, soy, almond, hemp or cow milk
  • – 2 banana sliced in pieces
  • – 180ml or 3/4 cup yogurt
  • – 2ml or ½ tsp cinnamon
  • – 15ml or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • – 10ml or 2 tsp chia seeds – fresh blueberries and mint sprigs for garnish


  • Add all to blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Top with blueberries and mint if desired.
